Robert L. Domenici, LTC (USA Ret.) MPA, MSS CHS-III
Chief Executive Officer

Robert L. Domenici is the founder and CEO of Strategic Response Initiatives, LLC, which is a VA certified service disabled veteran, owned small business operating out of the US Army Watervliet Arsenal. SRI LLC is a Homeland Defense/ Department of Defense based company. He currently holds the rank of Colonel in the New York State Guard.

Robert L. Domenici retired from the US Army after 22 years of active military service as a Lieutenant Colonel and is a recipient of the Legion of Merit and The New York State Conspicuous Service Cross. His assignments included Commander, 2nd Weapons of Mass Destruction (Antiterrorism) Civil Support Team, and Homeland Security Liaison Officer for the Division of Military and Naval Affairs and was assigned to the New York State Governor’s Weapons of Mass Destruction Equipment Grant Program Task Force operated under the Department of Criminal Justice Services. During his military services he served in numerous assignments within the United States as well as overseas.

He began his military career in 1981 and is a distinguished military graduate of St. Johns University’s ROTC program. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Queen’s College and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Marist College, Masters of Strategic Studies from the US Army Senior Service School, (US Army War College) and is a graduate of the Command and of the US Army Command and General Staff College.

In May of 2007 he led a team of international trainers to establish the first Joint Sunni/Shiite Hazmat Team for the Baghdad Fire Department. In 2008 he has led numerous efforts to assist small Afghan companies in the development of support operations for US and NATO Forces, in the vicinity of Kabul Afghanistan. In addition to these accomplishments he has also contributed to the writing of several safety and chemical biological handbook publications for Jane’s Defense.


Art Fisher

 Mr.  Fisher has spent the last 20+ years crafting a model of predictive top performing success and excellence in consultative and strategic solution selling and sales management, demand generation marketing , operations and building world class contractor  staffing models. He and his teams have delivered tens of millions of dollars of revenue in sustainable growth and significant profitability for companies such as Lexis Nexis, Kelly Services and most recently as Director of Channel Sales for a leading internet search engine.


Corey Molinelli
Senior Training Manager

Corey Molinelli has over 15 years as an emergency responder. He served in the US Army as an explosives specialist. Then starting in a combination fire department, Mr. Molinelli rose to the rank of Assistant Fire Chief of Special Operations and Training, and was responsible for the creation and training of a county wide hazmat team. Mr. Molinelli also served as a federal firefighter and Hazmat/WMD Specialist at Ft. Leonard Wood, where he was responsible for the hazmat/WMD training of department personnel, and for coordinating responses to the Live Chemical Agent Training Facility. He has also served in roles with the County Sheriffs office and as the County Emergency Manager. For seven years Mr. Molinelli was an adjunct instructor for the University of Missouri Fire Rescue Training Institute working in the WMD and Special Operations courses and development programs. Mr. Molinelli then worked with Seminole County Fire in Central Florida, where he now resides, as the Training Lieutenant of Special Operations.


John Garland
Project Manager

A retired Major in the United States Army with 23 years of service (Non-Commissioned Officer and Officer). New York native John has an Infantry background and served in various combat and training units during his career. John has a BS in Business Administration, and a  solid base in Training, Operations, and Personnel.

John’s training background covers the entire training spectrum from being a hands-on- trainer, to collectively managing comprehensive training programs. Here are just a few highlights: managed the Infantry Officer Training Program for Lieutenants and Captains at Ft..Benning for the entire ARMY, Commanded one of the Infantry Officer Basic Course (IOBC) Companies where he led, managed and personally taught Lieutenants to become Infantry Rifle Platoon Leaders, selected as Operations Officer for new Infantry Battalion where he planned, coordinated, and supervised the start up, individual and collective training, fielding of a Striker Infantry Battalion, and selected as Executive Officer he fielded one of the ARMY’S first Digital Battalion Tactical Operations Centers at Fort Lewis,WA. John was selected to be assigned to the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) as Senior Maneuver Controller where he directly managed a team of 50 Subject Matter Experts (SME‘s) in Infantry and Special Operations Combat Operations at the Battalion Level . The JRTC is responsible for training all Infantry and Special Operations Forces in the latest threat in a simulated environment that replicates environments in IRAQ and Afghanistan , to include the direction of real world role-players and scripting of scenarios in mock cities / towns based on the unit’s strengths and weaknesses


Brad Dashnaw
Project Manager

Direct Sales, Marketing, Advertising and  demand generation professional with a strong background in web based presentation.  Ten years spent in the outsourcing world of telemarketing and telesales.  Brad has spent significant time in India establishing call centers and sale/lead generation teams.  Most recently was a top sales executive for a specialized search engine serving the engineering and manufacturing communities.
