Strategic Response Initiatives LLC,  (SRI) serves a variety of military and public sectors with a broad range of Role Player Support Services. Our team is of the highest quality and is focused on ensuring training mission goals are successfully met at all times. Our team is comprised of retired US Army, National Guard officers and First Responder Professionals with a combined 50 plus years of training and exercise experience. This team fully understand the unique nature and challenges of conducting domestic preparedness exercises having commanded, participated in and support numerous exercises and real world events that span the spectrum of preparedness exercises and actual response (WTC 9/11).

SRI mission is to provide Role Player Support Services to local, state, federal and military authorities in support of their exercise programs throughout Continental United States (CONUS). Our team has extensive experience working domestic exercises and has a proven track record of providing the highest quality Role Player Support Services available.

The ultimate objective is to provide our clients with Role Players who exhibit realistic, scenario relevant injuries and casualty symptoms that can be readily identified, evaluated and processed for treatment. To accomplish this, SRI recruits, hires, trains, moulage and manages Role Players who display the physical and emotional trauma associated with their simulated injuries across the spectrum of the population required to ensure realism in response training.

Past Performance

In direct support the National Guard’s 2009 Vigilant Guard and CERFP evaluation exercise programs, SRI provided outstanding Role Player Support Services at the following exercise sites: Tonawanda NY and Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station (NFARS).
