Select project experience includes:
Good Fellow AFB C-130 Site
SRI Developed a team to prepare site for installation and construction of a C-130 Burn Trainer within 12 months. This project included planning, team development, site preparation, construction and installation of Trainer, as well as developing and implementing all quality control measures.
Iraq – Baghdad Hazardous Material Response Unit
SRI selected to train and equip the first Baghdad, Iraq Fire Department Hazardous Material Team. This team was composed of 35 Sunni and Shiite firefighters as Hazardous Materials Technicians; the project provided the first operational course in Baghdad’s brand new fire academy and was completed in 10 months.
Urban Rescue Training Simulator
Working for the US National Guard over three years, rebuilt and reformatted URTS on military bases in four states across the country.
Adirondack Correctional Facility
Working for NYS Department of Corrections, SRI managed the replacement of water filtration pumps, two dishwashers, kitchen exhaust control upgrade, steam trap testing and repair, pipe insulation and radiant heating improvements. This project lasted two years and included the management of multiple leading subcontractors.
Altona Correctional Facility
Working for the NYS Department of Corrections, SRI managed a large facility internal construction project, including kitchen exhaust control upgrade, radiant heating improvements, PTAC Controls, pipe and duct insulation.
