Due to overwhelming response to the Small Business Reopening Kits offering, we’re temporarily pausing the program. Once we’ve had time to catch up on requests and receive additional support, the program will reopen. Please check back for updates.
As businesses begin the challenging reopening process, many feel overwhelmed by the regulations and guidelines being handed down in support of public health and may not know where to turn. SRI, the ReWire Group and local economic development organizations have committed to supporting the effort to help local small businesses by providing them with Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) to help them reopen safely.
Relying on SRI’s deep expertise in disaster response, PPE and security equipment supply and strategic operations, will allow us to also tap into their G4Pro procurement system to source and buy the items that will be used to develop the essential reopening kits. These packages will be donated by SRI to minority-owned, disadvantaged, and small businesses located in New York’s Capital District
The small business support program aimed at helping these businesses reopen safely in response to COVID-19 is just getting underway. But please check back soon to review the reopening kits which will include strategic guidance and access to the Small Business Recovery Kit and related supplies.
All companies are eligible to participate in the Small Business Recovery Program and take advantage of donations or discounted kit items. Firms that meet eligibility, can receive donated reopening kits.
